I went to the gym this morning. Same time as usual. My mind was not in it. I was slacking. I did the normal routine, but I was out of it. I felt lazy while I was working out. Is that even possible?! I did 15 minutes on the fit stride, 5 minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill, 30 reps on the arm machine, 50 reps on the inner thigh workout, 12 (I have no idea what its called) cross your arm over chest while standing holding onto a rope that is attached to weights, 20 reps on the ab curls with 10 lb weights on each side, and 10 butterflies again. Then, of course I stretched. It took about 45 minutes for the workout. Lots of water, as usual.
First off let me just say this now, SCLAES LIE!!! I weighed myself again today, I'm only 1 lb less than when I began. What the heck? Seriously?! I was so angry at the scale. My hopes were so high! Oh well, maybe soon I will lose 16 lbs. Haha. I think I'm losing the weight in my breasts, which really saddens me. I love them. They could be perkier and all, but I am very content with them.
I had the protein shake before the workout, slim fast and some watermelon for breakfast, 1 lettuce wrap and fruit for lunch, for dinner I had a small portion of meat loaf with mashed potatoes, and when I got home from work I had a couple pieces of steak and ugggh ( I can't believe I'm actually confessing this!) 3 chocolate covered strawberries and 3 chocolate covered bananas (bite size). I know I know, thats not helping me lose any weight! Grr. I caved all kinds today. Grr. I did work all day, if that counts for anything. :)
Oh oh! I was able to nap when I got home from the gym. I was so happy! I had to go in at 9AM - 8PM. I needed that nap!
I can't write much more. It's already 9:47PM and I need my sleep for tomorrow. I'm going to the gym at 4AM then I go into work at 7AM - around 6PM (If not later). Another long day like today. But unlike today, I won't be able to get a nap in before I have to go in. Ahh! We are taking the clients to tombstone. Never been, should be fun. Oh and we are taking 2 vehicles. Me and one other are the only ones capable of driving right now. So I can't nap on the way there, I'll be too busy driving!
Sorry this post was such a disappointment, my day was the same for me. Especially my work out and weigh in. GRR!
