I didn't got to the gym this morning. I went to work at 6:45am - 4:45pm. 10 hour shift. Not too bad. I did however go when I get off, around 6:30. I did 2 miles in 28 minutes and 30 seconds! Go me! I knocked off 1 min and 17 seconds. That made my night! I also did 25 sit ups.
I had a slimfast for breakfast. A lean cuisine pizza for lunch. 2 hard boiled eggs when I got home from work. I also had a cookie at Aunt Tracy's.
I have a dr appointment on Monday to check to see if I am hypoglycemic. Yay!
