I weighed myself at the gym this morning. I lost 1.5lbs more since my "final weigh in" post. Woo hoo! I did 2 miles in 29mins and 47secs on the treadmill. Go me! I was happy. Haha. I also did 150 reps of tricep presses, 100 inner thigh work out, 10 (for each leg) plee-as, 10 butterflies, 15 weight pull downs, 10 ab curls (normal), 10 ab curls (for each side), I think thats it.
I had a protein shake after my work out for breakfast. A hot dog and ice cream for lunch. Nothing as of yet for dinner.
I made zucchini bread today. It came out VERY dry. Don't like it. Grrr. What a waste!
I also went swimming with the kids for my nieces and nephews bday party. It was fun. I am just so dang exhausted!
